This site has two purposes, the first being to contain reviews, articles, stories and opinion pieces written by myself. Its second – in fact original – purpose is to contain my ongoing attempt to review every album recorded by Scottish singer-songwriter Nicholas Currie, better known as Momus.
The career of Nicholas Currie is long, by any standards. Born in 1960 and starting to publish music in 1982, he has over 40 studio albums to his name, along with several singles, videos and compilations, including various special editions and extra tracks. There are also numerous collaborations and contributions to a wide – really wide – variety of artists and projects over the years. He produces at least one, often more, albums a year. Since each of my reviews is extremely detailed, this makes completing my project a literally sisyphean task. Within them I also mention books and other media by Momus but not in full detail, including videos and singles for each album as they come up.
So there you go, it’s always fair to know the length of your sentence. The prosecution rests its case…
